3. You try to save your life; You must lose your life for Jesus’ sake
4. You try to be first; The last will be first
5. You try to be great; You are willing to be the least
6. You try to become rich; You try to seek first his kingdom
7. You try to be the leader; You try to be the servant
8. You work to be exalted; You humble yourself
9. You look to your interests; You look to the interests of others
10. You want to receive much; You want to give much
11. You make good deeds known; You keep good deeds to yourself
12. Love is conditional; Love is unconditional
Love is a feeling; Love is a person
13. Love grows cold; Love never fails and is alive
14. You hate your enemies; You love your enemies
15. You hold grudges; You forgive because you have been forgiven
16. You cover your mistakes; You confess your sins
17. You rely on human power; You rely on the power of the Spirit
18. Institutionally religious; You grow in love for God and others
19. You try to change others to God's way of thinking/acting; You try to change yourself to God’s way of thinking/acting
20. You say things are impossible; You say all things are possible
21. You seek peace by trying to negotiate common agreements; You achieve peace by becoming one in Spirit
22. Recognition is important; Anonymity is a valued goal
23. Understand, then accept or reject; Accept, then understand
